Ways to get coupons:
Trade with friends:  Get together with some couponing friends and trade/swap the coupons you won’t use for some you will!  OR you can ask family members and other friends, maybe even neighbours to keep their coupons for you that they wont be using. (This is a great way)
Check recycling bins:  There is a tonne of people out there that could care less about the coupon inserts that come in the local newspapers. Even the garbage at the post office itself is a good place to look.
Write your favourite companies and ask for coupons:  Do you have a favourite product but never find any coupons for it?  Try writing/emailing the company to say how much you love their products and then ask if they have any coupons to share to help you enjoy their products more often. But please don’t abuse the kindness of companies.  Maybe request coupons every few months?
Sign up for Freebies:  Any freebies I find online I try to post to my page. I usually just google stuff or see other posts from fellow couponers! Most of the sites above have portals to coupons you don't normally see on their site :) Its like a little treasure hehe. But you gotta look around for them!

"We appreciate your patronage and encourage your continued support in our effort to serve you better.
Unfortunately, because milk is a government regulated product in NB, it is illegal for us to give out coupons for the product."

Here are a few local newpapers you would find either; Brandsaver, Redplum, or Smartsource coupon inserts in.. There's more but I just named the ones I know;
For Quebec Papers
-Montreal Gazette -Montreal National Post -Montreal La Presse -Le Soliel -Le Journal de Quebec -La Presse
For New Brunswick Papers
- La Voix - Telegraph Journal - The Tribune - Moncton Times Transcript - Bathurst Northern Light
I usually get mine amongst my weekly sales they give out, im not sure if they are in a specific newspapers because they are shoved in there...So this is just a little heads up. I only post NB and QC for now because it is where I live, and Shop. We are on the border of NB, like 10 mins away so we shop in the next town (NB) If you would like a list from a specific province you are from, please let me know and I will do my best to get it for you :) Thanks for reading!
